Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 2025
InfraSuite, Inc. (“InfraSuite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our website, tools, and mailbox provisioning services for cold outreach (the “Services”).
This Policy describes our privacy practices only. It does not govern pricing, performance guarantees, or refunds. Those are covered in our Terms of Service. By using our Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you choose to share with us, such as when you: submit a “Request a Demo” form, contact us, become a customer, or configure your Services. This may include your name, email address, company name, role, and any details you provide about your outbound setup (for example, domains you own, approximate sending needs, or tools you use).
If you load data into our tools (such as CSV utilities in the tools hub), that data is treated as customer data you control. We do not require your prospect lists for the core mailbox subscription service.
1.2 Support and Communications
When you contact us for support or guidance (for example, via email or Slack), we collect the information you send so we can respond, diagnose issues, and improve the Services. This may include details about your domains, mailboxes, or sequencer configuration.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our Site or use our tools, we automatically collect limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, and basic usage patterns. We use this to keep the Site secure, monitor performance, and understand aggregate behavior. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to remember preferences and keep you signed in where applicable.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third-party providers, such as: (a) billing and subscription information from payment processors; and (b) aggregate usage or engagement data from communication or analytics tools. We do not buy or rent prospect lists.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Provision Microsoft mailboxes and configure underlying infrastructure related to your subscription.
- Respond to support requests and help you get stable sending in place.
- Improve reliability, performance, and usability of the Site and Services.
- Communicate important updates, service notices, and relevant product information.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. How We Share Your Information
We only share information in limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties for hosting, email delivery, logging, analytics, billing, and customer support. They only receive the data needed to perform their role and are expected to protect it and use it only on our instructions.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality safeguards.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, protect the safety of any person, or investigate and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not provide ongoing or free-form access to customer data outside of these limited contexts.
4. Customer Data vs. InfraSuite Data
For clarity, we separate what you control from what we control:
- Customer Data is information you or your team load into our tools or share with us for configuration (for example, domains you own or CSVs you process through our utilities). You are generally the controller of this data. We act as a processor to provide the Services and support.
- InfraSuite Data is information we collect about how our website and Services are used (for example, account details, logs, telemetry, and billing records). We act as the controller of this data.
We do not use Customer Data to build or sell prospect lists or to run our own outbound campaigns. Any analysis of Customer Data is limited to operating the Services, providing support, improving reliability, and meeting legal requirements.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide and support the Services you use.
- Maintain accurate business and billing records.
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. In some cases, we may need to keep limited information (for example, invoices or security logs) even after a subscription ends.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process, including the use of reputable hosting providers, access controls based on role, and encryption in transit (and, where appropriate, at rest). No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the stability and safety of your sending environment as core to what we provide.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information, including:
- Accessing the personal information we hold about you.
- Requesting updates or corrections to your information.
- Requesting deletion of certain information, subject to legal or operational requirements.
- Objecting to or restricting certain types of processing in line with applicable law.
- Opting out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
We will respond to reasonable requests within a practical timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
8. International Data Transfers
InfraSuite may process information in countries other than your own. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information in connection with any such transfers.
9. Children’s Privacy
InfraSuite is designed for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Site and tools may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as your email sequencer or other software. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Any information you provide to them is subject to their policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our Services or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by posting a banner or emailing account contacts). Your continued use of the Site or Services after an updated Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised Policy.
