To perform infrastructure setup, InfraSuite may require temporary operational access to your Microsoft environment solely to create tenants, assign domains, configure DNS, and create mailbox objects. InfraSuite does not access, read, store, or monitor your email content or inbox activity.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We collect limited technical data such as IP addresses and browser metadata for security. We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Posthog.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver services, guide approval, configure infrastructure, provide support, and comply with our Terms. We do not sell or rent your information.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard safeguards and restrict internal access. We do not store mailbox contents, DNS data, tenant data, or email activity.

We do not share data except when required by law, for fraud prevention, or at your explicit direction during approval engagement.

5. Enforcement Clarification

InfraSuite does not access inboxes or monitor internal tenant activity. Enforcement of our Terms is based solely on user communication, public information, or evidence provided voluntarily.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain customer data only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements. We do not retain mailbox, DNS, or tenant configuration data beyond setup.

8. Children’s Privacy

InfraSuite does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Individuals aged 13–17 may use the Site or services only as part of a valid business entity, with legal capacity, or with the consent of a guardian or authorized representative.
