Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 30, 2025

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for fees paid to InfraSuite, Inc. (“InfraSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By purchasing any InfraSuite services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all fees paid to InfraSuite, including but not limited to:

  • Microsoft Cloud Partner (MCP) Certification guidance fees
  • InfraSuite Platinum, Diamond, and Enterprise infrastructure build packages
  • Any custom or add-on infrastructure, coaching, or advisory services

Where there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

2. General Refund Principles

Refunds are limited, specific, and conditional. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, switching vendors, or deciding not to use the infrastructure after it has been delivered or substantially initiated.

Any refund consideration depends on your compliance with our Terms of Service, including the Additional Terms related to infrastructure ownership, non-replication, and use restrictions. If your account is terminated for violation of the Terms (including competitive activity, reselling, or replication), all fees are non-refundable and any guarantees are void.

3. MCP Certification Refund Guarantee

Certain packages include an MCP Certification guidance component that may be advertised as having a refund guarantee if approval is not granted. InfraSuite will refund the MCP Certification fee only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your business.
  • You follow our guidance in good faith throughout the approval process.
  • You remain responsive and cooperative within reasonable timeframes.
  • You allow InfraSuite to route you through multiple eligible providers where appropriate and do not prematurely withdraw or abandon the process.
  • After reasonable, documented attempts with suitable providers, approval is not granted.

If you misrepresent your business, refuse to follow guidance, become unresponsive, decline alternative providers, or otherwise cause or contribute to the denial, the MCP Certification fee is not refundable, regardless of the outcome.

Refunds under this section apply only to the MCP Certification guidance portion of your purchase, not to any infrastructure build components.

4. InfraSuite Build Packages (Platinum, Diamond, Enterprise)

InfraSuite Platinum, Diamond, Enterprise, and other infrastructure build packages involve substantial upfront planning, resource allocation, and technical work.

Once we begin any planning, design, or technical work on your infrastructure build, all related fees become non-refundable. If you choose to delay, pause, or not fully deploy the domains, tenants, or mailboxes available to you, no refund or credit is due for unused capacity.

If your outbound performance, deliverability, or campaign results do not meet your expectations, this does not constitute grounds for a refund. InfraSuite is responsible for infrastructure setup and configuration, not for your list quality, messaging, strategy, or sending practices.

If you wish to cancel before any work has started, you must contact us immediately. Any discretionary refund prior to work commencement is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

5. No Refunds for Violations, Misuse, or Competitive Activity

You are not entitled to any refund if you breach the Terms of Service, including sections on reselling, replication, reverse engineering, or competitive activity. This includes using InfraSuite-enabled infrastructure to build, market, or operate a competing service, providing access to third parties in a way that resembles vendor behavior, or attempting to bypass our restrictions through new entities, partners, or intermediaries.

As stated in the Terms, any such violations result in immediate termination of InfraSuite Services and forfeiture of all fees, including any refund guarantees.

6. Performance, Deliverability, and Usage

InfraSuite is responsible for guiding you through infrastructure ownership and creating and configuring tenants, domains, and mailboxes under your environment.

We are not responsible for your sending strategies, volume, list quality, targeting, messaging, or downstream issues caused by third-party tools or providers. No refunds are issued based on campaign performance, deliverability, revenue, or subjective satisfaction.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with InfraSuite. If you file a chargeback in violation of this Policy or our Terms, we may suspend or terminate services, contest the chargeback, and pursue recovery of unpaid amounts, including costs and reasonable legal fees.
